Cold-Pressed High Oleic Sunflower Oil Infused with Olive Leaves - 250ml
STELIAN olive leaf oil is a cold-pressed High Oleic oil, made from dehulled seeds and naturally infused with olive leaves. Bitter, noble taste with a long, herbaceous finish — acidity below 0.8% and 87% Omega-9, more than a classic extra virgin olive oil.

Olive leaf infused oil — what makes it special
- Natural polyphenols from olive leaves (including oleuropein) — antioxidant compounds documented in the literature — more stable to oxidation than ordinary olive oils.
- 87% Omega-9 — higher than a classic extra virgin olive oil.
- Naturally infused — dried olive leaves (max. 5%), no artificial flavourings.
- Pressed below 40°C in small batches — in Tălmăcel, Sibiu, from the same batch-tested base as our plain oil.

Ingredients and storage
High Oleic sunflower oil, Olive leaves max. 5%.Glass bottle, 250 ml. Store in a cool, dark place. Once opened, consume within 6–8 weeks and keep refrigerated.
